Can I smoke in my room?

In the interests of health, hygiene and fire safety, smoking is not permitted in Homestays or Residences. You can only smoke outdoors , at least 9 meters from any building entrance, and some families may not allow you to smoke outside on their property. You may be asked to leave your accommodation at your own expense should you choose not to follow this rule.
